1. Shipping cost

Shipment in germany with DHL:  

• free of charge
• cash on delivery (only in germany):  6,00 EUR premium 

 

International shipment:

Please understand that for cost reasons we do not send partial deliveries, but deliver the entire order.  

Deliveries to Austria:  

• order value up to 100 EUR: 6 Euro
• order value from 100 EUR: portofrei 

European Union:

• order value up to 200,- EUR:  12,50 EUR
• order value from 201,- EUR to 400,- Euro:    6,00 EUR
• order value from 401,- EUR:  free of charge

Outside European Union:

• order value up to 200,- EUR:  18,50 EUR
• order value from 201,- EUR to 400,- EUR:  12,50 EUR
• order value from 401,- EUR:    6,00 EUR

Outside European Union:

• DHL requires a mandatory list of the contents of our packages. To avoid customs issues, we have all shipments to non-EU countries handled by customs.
  We cover the service costs, but you may be required to pay customs duties. You will receive the goods without VAT.

3. Returns

• Please inform us in case of a return shipment.
• Please download here the DHL return label (only inside germany).
• Please print out the return label and stick it on the parcel or present the QR-code to the DHL representative.
• We do not accept shipments that are not prepaid.
• Other postage costs will not be refunded.
• If you wish to exchange items, please inform us beforehand.
